Gran Gets Her Grin Back

Poor Gran, bless her cotton socks, has always prided herself on her perfect teeth, which I must admit are in great condition and put mine to shame. I’m not sure if the differences in diets had anything to do with it, but my filling filled mouth likes to keep itself closed when my Gran gives a grin.

 

However, recently Gran has had a bit of trouble with two teeth together, the result it turned out, of an infection to the cosmeticdentistryguide.co.uk/articles/root-canal.html of each tooth. I’ve been accompanying her to one of the dentists in Dublin recommended on the internet. My gran is a sweetheart, but she can be a handful when being forced against her will and I was concerned that any bad news relayed to my gran might create a scene that would influence the dentist to put their buying a dental practice guide.

I think the dentist must have compliment gran on her teeth, because the news that she required root canal treatment was met with grace and a smile. Subsequent visits have also run smoothly, with the treatment seeming not to cause gran any discomfort. I’m sure the dentist’s chair-side manner has something to do with it, as the grimace gran gave at the thought of the dentist has been changed into a great big grin by the reality of the experience.
